The annual commemoration of Jim Larkin, the legendary leader and founder of our Union, which will take place on Saturday, 31st January in Glasnevin.
Our #LarkinLives commemoration includes:
- A wreath-laying ceremony led by Cllr Aoife Breslin, great granddaughter of Big Jim with a lament for Larkin by the Fintan Lalor Pipe Band.
- A contribution from Marie Sherlock TD.
- A keynote speech from SIPTU General Secretary Designate, John King.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on site following the speeches in the Milestone Gallery.
