More about VoodooV
VoodooV is a Post Funk from Finland, blending funk, psychedelic elements, and indie pop with the intensity of a rock band. In 2025, the band released their second album Hello World, produced by Raphael Neikes (best known from the psychedelic rock band Spiral Drive), which explores digital-age disconnection, internet culture, and modern spiritualism - all with a danceable, tongue-in-cheek twist.
Released in 2023, the band’s debut album Jamgem reached listeners worldwide, taking the band to their first international shows. VoodooV has toured extensively in Finland, building a strong reputation for high-energy concerts and festival performances, while steadily growing their streaming numbers and dedicated fanbase on social media and digital platforms.
Their 2025 album Hello World explores themes of digital alienation, online populism, and the commercialization of spirituality - all delivered with a playful edge and groove. Despite its critical undertones, the record remains upbeat and danceable, combining psychedelic rock, indie pop, and funk into a vibrant, modern soundscape.
In the summer of 2026 the band started to release new singles from their upcoming album.
