• Funds are to benefit the South Kingstown Police Benevolent Association, the local labor organization and public charity representing officers as International Brotherhood of Police Officers Local 489.

• There is no smoking of any kind inside Ocean Mists establishment.
• No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in the case of headliner cancellation or date change. Opening acts are subject to change.
• There is an 8 ticket limit per customer unless otherwise stated.
