🦃🥧☕ Thanksgiving Day welcomes TRC's biggest event of the year - our annual Von Franken Family Food Run! Everyone's invited to the 9 a.m. start Thanksgiving Day for the untimed 3-ish mile run/walk around Zink Lake that begins and ends at River West Festival Park, 2100 S. Jackson Ave. No entry fees, timing, no medals - just fellowship, cheer, and charity 🤍The event supports the Salvation Army by collecting donations of nonperishable food items, toys for the Angel Tree, or pet food & supplies for Oklahoma Alliance for Animals. Arrive early with a spirit of giving and supporting your Tulsa community.
We will serve DoubleShot coffee, cocoa, and pancakes after the run. We will hand out raffle tickets to participants who finish the run/walk. Raffle will begin about 10 a.m.
There's no sign up; just show up, donate, and have fun. It's a great way to start the holiday #FillTheTruck
