On Thursday, November 26, 2026, the 92nd Chicago Thanksgiving Parade will bring thousands of spectators together along State Street for a celebration filled with spectacular floats, giant balloons, marching bands, and incredible performances.
Behind every unforgettable parade moment is a dedicated team of volunteers who make it all possible. We need YOU to help bring the magic to life!

Volunteer Opportunities
We are recruiting enthusiastic and dependable volunteers for a variety of parade-day roles, including:
- Balloon handlers
- Parade marshals and route support
- Float escorts
- Hospitality and guest services
- Volunteer check-in and coordination
- Parade setup and event operations
Volunteer assignments are based on availability, qualifications, and parade needs. Some positions may have specific age or physical requirements.
