Want to get more involved in the Lakewood community? Come meet LakewoodAlive and learn how you can make a difference right here in your own backyard!Join us for an in-person Volunteer Orientation on Thursday, September 17, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. at the Lakewood Library Main Branch Auditorium.
During this casual, one-hour orientation, you’ll learn more about what LakewoodAlive does to help foster and sustain vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods, from supporting local small businesses and helping eligible homeowners and seniors to bringing the community together through events and programs.
Most importantly, you’ll learn where you can fit in. Whether you have a few hours to give, a particular skill to share, or simply want to meet more people and get connected to your community, there’s a place for you at LakewoodAlive.
