Agenda
๐: 09:00 AM - 09:30 AM
Welcome, Sign in, Introductions, Overview of the day
Info: When you arrive, look for the popup tent, you'll be greeted by our volunteer coordinator, shown where to put your belongings and asked to sign in. Water and snacks are available all day. We'll go around and introduce ourselves (don't worry, just your name is fine!), and the workday coordinator will do a brief overview and describe what the work is for the day. If needed, we will divide into teams based on what everyone wants to do. Or we'll get to work as one big team!
๐: 09:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Working! Farming! Gardening!
Info: This is the meat and potatoes of the day - you'll be hard at work with the team. We want you to take breaks as needed. Ask questions as needed. You'll be having fun and making a difference in the community at the same time!
๐: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Wrap Up
Info: Around 11:30 or 11:45 am we'll start winding down the work, cleaning up, putting away tools, etc. Before you go, we always like to get a group pic of the team and we will share that with you as a reminder of your day with us!
