Volunteer with Santa for Us: 3rd Annual Holiday Experience! 🎅🏾❤️
Help Forever Girlfriends RVA bring the magic of Christmas to children and families! Join us on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at The House for our 3rd Annual Santa for Us celebration.
Santa for Us creates a joyful, welcoming space where children can see themselves represented in the traditions of the holiday season. As a volunteer, you’ll help families feel welcome, keep activities running smoothly, and create special memories for our community.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
🎄 Setup and Decorating: Help prepare activity stations and create a festive atmosphere.
🎟️ Welcome and Check-In: Greet families, assist with check-in, distribute color-coded wristbands, and guide guests to their activities.
📸 Santa Photo Support: Help organize the photo line and keep families moving smoothly through their assigned time slots.
📚 Storytime and Holiday Activities: Support storytime with Mrs. Claus and assist children with festive activities.
☕ Refreshments and Activity Stations: Assist with light refreshments, the hot cocoa bar, and cookie decorating.
🎁 Event Support and Cleanup: Answer guest questions, keep spaces tidy, and help pack up after the celebration.
We’re looking for friendly, dependable volunteers who enjoy working with children and families and are ready to lend a helping hand. Volunteer assignments and arrival times will be shared before the event. Setup and cleanup roles may require time outside the public event hours.
