Volunteer Event: Riverfront-Lakewood East Park Invasive Plant Removal

This park is part of the Detroit Bird City project to create native bird and pollinator habitat in Detroit City parks. We are currently preparing to install a meadow full of native flowers and grasses.

No prior knowledge or experience is necessary!

Bring: work shoes, water bottle, work gloves, loppers and/or pruners.

The only availble bathrooms are port-a-johns.
