A women only evening: guided meditation & reflection joined with pottery (you will create your own pottery piece)About this Event
Join us for a peaceful two part session focusing on your "vessel" exploring the connection between mind and body.
1. First, we will guide you through a meditative experience exploring sound vibrations and mindful breathing.
2. Next, we will lead you at the pottery table, where everyone will create a personal and uniquely designed piece of pottery to take home.
Part self-discovery, part self-expression.
Can't wait to see you there!
