The Sacral Chakra is the center of creativity and passion. It reigns over our relationships with pleasure, sensuality, and feelings. It is the birth of new ideas and of manifestation. When your Sacral Chakra is blocked, your creative potential is also blocked. You may suffer from physical dysfunctions such as chronic lower back pain, and sciatica. Guilt and blame as well as financial issues and power struggles come into play. We will learn to use our voices to balance the Sacral Chakra, learning the appropriate bija mantra and vowel sound. This class is followed by a small sound bath by Sarah Maud. Feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, though blankets, pillows, and mats are available. Please bring water to drink for after the sound bath.

A note about ritual etiquette: To maintain the integrity of our ritual space, all rituals at Oakwise begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the ritual starts. Five minutes prior to the start time, we begin the cleansing and preparation process to enter the Temple. Once sacred space has been created, the doors are locked and entry is no longer permitted. This helps us hold a focused and protected container for the work being done. We kindly ask that you arrive early so you have time to settle in before the ritual begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and refunds cannot be issued for missed entry, as we do not break circle once it has been cast. Thank you for helping us create a respectful and magickal experience for everyone.
