What does it cost to attend a meeting as a guest?
- Absolutely nothing. As a guest, you can attend a meeting without paying membership fees.
- We meet at a restaurant, and if you choose to have a beverage or a meal, you would pay for those choices.
I am a novice. Am I welcome?
- Yes! A Toastmasters environment is built on the foundation of providing a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
I have been speaking publicly for years. What can I learn?
- Every speaker, including seasoned veterans, will benefit from positive, constructive feedback to improve how a message is received.
- You will also have the opportunity to hone your leadership and mentoring skills by helping those who could benefit from your experience and encouragement.
What time should I arrive?
- The meeting begins at 6:30 pm. sharp, so plan to arrive a little earlier to give yourself time to settle in.
- If you would like to order a beverage or food before the meeting begins, please arrive before 6:00. The meeting room is downstairs, and a designated server will be available to take your order.
- Toastmaster members will be there to greet you shortly after 5:30.
