*******TESTIMONIALS********

KELLY ANN

"I came away from Jo's workshop with a definitive sense of belief in myself, which I gained very quickly once opening up with the group and speaking out loud some real fears. We broke down and discussed all the hurdles which crop up and knock us off our focus. Listing and acknowledging these obstacles was very affective, and immediately made it more achievable to avoid pitfalls. By the end of the day I was able to summarise my purpose which felt amazing!

I loved the vision board exercise which I still have on my desktop background today. I would have embraced even more of the meditative side of things, and hopefully Jo extends this task in future sessions as it was incredibly helpful to see ones self in this way.

Overall I enjoyed and gained valuable lessons about my habits and tendencies. I Would recommend to anyone who wants to get the most out of life”

DEEBA

“I really enjoyed the workshop as Jo and the other participants made it so easy to open up I thought Jo was an excellent facilitator and struck the balance really well between presenting to us, encouraging group discussion and letting us have free thought to really explore what was going on for us.

The day was really well structured and actually a lot of fun. I particularly enjoyed the vision board exercise. It was just so inspiring to let go of any preconceptions of what I 'have' to do in life and think about what I actually 'want' from life.

I think Jo makes a wonderful coach as she is warm and sincere but also knows the right questions to push you out of your comfort zone and thus ultimately grow. She is also such

a great example of someone who is continually learning about herself and steering herself in the direction of her dreams. She leads by example not by theory.

KARENE

“I liked that it was a friendly informal group so felt relaxed. I liked the space and atmosphere of the venue. It was a good session and liked that it wasn’t too big a group so everyone could have their views heard.

I would encourage someone to go to the workshop if they are thinking about, in process of or have already set up their business. If they are looking to get clarification on what they want to do and set goals, the workshop will definitely help towards that. It is also encouraging to be in a group with people looking to do similar things.

For me the biggest takeaway was that I felt encouraged to continue with my ambitions as I had stopped making progress on my goals and had given up a bit. I was also reminded to overcome my fears and limiting beliefs and felt encouraged go for what I want to do.

I felt very motivated when I left the workshop and made notes/plans/goals for what I want to achieve and acted on some the very next day!

I would recommend a friend to go!”

REBECCA

“There were important tasks to do, which let me look at my motivations and interests in life and work. It affirmed the things I love and have in my life, and also what I wanted to do. Also, there was a good relaxed atmosphere while doing the tasks, we got on well and felt happy doing the exercises. With there being 6 people in the group I felt comfortable, not like I was in ‘class’. The biggest takeaway from the day was clarity, as there are often lots of ideas and questions in my mind, and I was able to set them down visually, making them much more simple to work with. I also discovered through digging deeper what I wanted to do, Jo was able to help me clarify my favourite career choice.

3 days later I’m writing up the notes, making plans in the diary for the next 3 months, and keeping in mind the year ahead. I feel very committed to my career, and am excited about what I’ll achieve and discover. I’d encourage people to go to this session, they will discover things about themselves, and understand enough to make plans and feel excited about their future career.”
