The visible mending style by Ali Clifford, at Incredibusy, is recognisable as stylishly graphic, vibrant and artistic darning. This hands-on session gives guests the opportunity to create their own distinctive 'firework', starburst style repair and embellishments using luxury yarns.
This February we are delighted to introduce Ali's signature ‘firework repair’ method, an artful blending of traditional blanket stitch and a new way of mending, for elegantly transformed knitwear. Worked freehand over an incredibusy wooden darning disc to support your fabric. Perfect for rescuing those treasured, moth-munched cashmere knits and worn-thin favourite socks you simply cannot bear to part with, this mindful masterclass blends garment care with a deeply satisfying, sustainable, creative ethos.All materials provided.
