Worked for 7s🎃 Halloween Bridge Party 👻
📍 South Elgin | ⏰ 4:00–6:30 PM
This week, Visibility Brigade Kane is taking rush hour straight into spooky season! 🕷️🧡 Come in costume, bring your best Halloween attitude, and help us turn the bridge into a loud, visible, unforgettable reminder that democracy is worth showing up for. ✊🌊
Bring a drink for yourself 🥤—and please bring some treats 🍬🍫, either to share with the crew or hand out to pedestrians. Costumes are strongly encouraged: funny 🤡, spooky 👻, fabulous ✨, political 📣, or delightfully ridiculous 💩 all work here.
We’ll provide the messages, setup, and directions. 🪧 You bring the energy: wave 👋, dance 💃, make some noise 📢, and soak up every supportive honk! 🚗📣
Visibility Brigade Kane is a grassroots, pro-democracy crew 💙 that installs bold, politically provocative messages against fascism, nationalism, and authoritarianism—and for democracy. ✊ We show up where lots of people will see us 👀, spark curiosity 💡, and make the people who would rather ignore what is happening a little uncomfortable. 😈 Our goal is to reach people who are not already engaged, get them looking things up 🔎, and help turn that curiosity into action. 🗳️
First-timers are absolutely welcome!
🎭 Wear a costume. 🍭 Bring treats. 📢 Make some noise. 🌊 Be part of the movement.
