Violinist Paul Huang and Pianist Helen Hall at NEC's Jordan Hall
Violinist Paul Huang 黃俊文, recipient of the 2015 Avery Fisher Career Grant, the 2017 Lincoln Center Award for Emerging Artists, and winner of the 2011 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, is considered to be one of the most distinctive artists of his generation. The Washington Post remarked that Paul Huang "possesses a big, luscious tone, spot-on intonation and a technique that makes the most punishing string phrases feel as natural as breathing."
Pianist Helen Huang 黃海倫, recipient of the 1995 Avery Fisher Career Grant, is of the youngest recipients of this prestigious award. She received top honor of the Arthur Rubinstein Prize. Recordings on the Teldec, the Naxos, and the Delos labels to critical acclaim. A faculty member at the Juilliard Pre-College 2008 – 2022.
