Nikolay Ignatyev teaches a dynamic, alignment-focused style of Vinyasa that combines mindful breathing, precise technique, and intentional transitions. His classes are thoughtfully structured to help students build a strong foundation while safely progressing toward more advanced postures. Rather than simply moving through poses, you'll learn to move with awareness, strength, and purpose.
Drawing from his extensive training—including a 500-hour certification in the Atmananda Yoga Sequence with Jhon Tamayo and a 200-hour certification with Sri Dharma Mittra—Nikolay integrates traditional yoga philosophy, meditation, and internal exploration into every class. His unique background in philosophy and religion creates a practice that nurtures both physical and mental well-being.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll receive guidance that emphasizes proper alignment, sustainable movement, and connecting with your inner self.
