An intimate creative, fluid yoga practice that will leave you feeling both invigorated and rejuvenated in a contemporary art gallery.
About this Event

Join us for a vinyasa yoga class amidst a nostalgic solo exhibition by Jonathon Downing.

Our practice will be dynamic and breath-centered, linking movement and breath in a steady, flowing sequence, improving flexibility, balance, and coordination while encouraging mental focus and presence.

Expect a creative, fluid practice with yin postures at the end that will leave you feeling both invigorated and rejuvenated.

Please bring your yoga mat. Props will be provided.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Elizabeth Schmuhl holds a 500 RYT yoga certification with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 300 level with Jonah Kest and is part of Become a Yogi's mentorship program, certified to hold global trainings and retreats. She holds a yin certification with Melissa Christensen.
Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience as a student and teacher of yoga. She first found yoga while studying dance, and was hooked after experiencing the benefits, both physical and mental, that yoga has to offer. Her background as an athlete/dancer, choreographer, and artist influence her teaching, and she strongly feels that the most significant impact of her practice happens off the mat.
