A pop up class with Saira at Moreton Village Hall in Dorset to help balance energies and harmonise into the energies of Autumn.I am no longer sharing regular weekly yoga classes in Dorset, (classes run until Tuesday 4th August) so I will be sharing these lovely pop up workshops quarterly throughout the year to keep you topped up with lovely yoga!
