About this Event
Vinyasa flow yoga at Drayton Garden Village Hall
Join us for a weekly Vinyasa flow class to reset and restore balance.
During our hour together, we will practice mindful breath-led movement, Pranayama and meditation, creating space for relaxation and calm.
Meet yourself on the mat to nourish your body and mind through a rejuvenating practice.
This class is open to all levels and beginners are welcome!
Monthly Donation Based Class
This is our community class that takes place on the first Tuesday of every month, open to eveyone, regarless of circumstances.
Pay what feels right for you this month, pay the full class fee (£10) or pay nothing at all.
