Hi allThe vintage motocross club would like to invite all members to our annual general meeting and wind up function.
All committee positions will be vacant, with the membership voting in a new committee.
Please consider volunteering yourself for a committee position.
By doing this you will ensure the club will continue to function as well as be rewarding experience for yourself.
There will be light refreshments offered At the end of the AGM.
(BYO alcoholic drinks - please note if you intend to participate in the karting you will not be able to consume alcoholic drinks until the karting sessions ends).
Members who would like to participate in karting have the opportunity to do so.
Please email the club web site to confirm your attendance and also advise if you would like to participate in the karting sessions. Karting session’s are limited so advise asap to secure your spot.

Date: Sunday 22nd November 2026
AGM: 11am – 1pm
Location: High Voltage Indoor Karting Centre – 4 Hubert St, Belmont
Lunch: Provided – Mixture of Pizza, Sandwiches, and hot finger food. - Please provide own drinks
Karting commences at 1pm
Fully enclosed shoes must be worn.
