Aleena will guide you through an all-levels yoga practice designed to release tension, open the body, and help you reconnect with yourself. As you move and breathe, Sam’s live performance will fill the space, creating a beautiful atmosphere that feels intimate, uplifting, and completely different from an ordinary class.
We’ll finish with a peaceful savasana while the music carries you into deep relaxation.
