Video Game Accessibility Symposium
This symposium is a collaborative initiative between UCL and the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), bringing together expertise to advance game accessibility. The symposium spans three focused days, each highlighting a different dimension of game accessibility.
Wednesday (22 April) hosts a hands‑on game jam and an industry showcase demonstrating accessible design in practice.
Thursday (23 April) moves into a conference format with panel discussions and individual presentations exploring current research, innovations, and challenges.
Friday (24 April) concludes with a half‑day networks session dedicated to strengthening collaboration, ensuring sustainability, and shaping long‑term strategies for the community.
