Victor Parks & Recreation is inviting local businesses, organizations, clubs, and community groups to join us for our Monster Mash: Trunk-or-Treat Party in the Village of Victor!

Village of Victor Lot, Near Victor- Farmington Library & Mead Square Park
Decorate a vehicle, bring some treats or giveaways, and help us create a fun Halloween morning for local families! Participating in the Trunk-or-Treat is FREE and is a great way to get involved in the community while showcasing your business or organization.
Get creative with your trunk theme, decorate your space, dress up, and have fun!
Event Details
Vehicle Arrival & Setup: Beginning at 9:00 AM
Trunk-or-Treat: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
We will assign participating trunks a space in the event area. Each entry/registration may include one vehicle. This event also includes wagon rides, games, festive treats, crafts, and more.
A few days before Monster Mash, registered participants will receive an event map with their assigned location, arrival information, and additional event-day details.
Trunk Guidelines
- One vehicle is permitted per registration.
- All trunk themes, decorations, costumes, signage, and displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
- Participants must provide their own decorations and treats or giveaways.
- Businesses and organizations may display their name, logo, signage, and promotional materials at their trunk.
- Vehicles must be parked and turned off before the event begins and remain parked throughout the Trunk-or-Treat.
- Please keep decorations and displays contained within your assigned area and keep walkways clear.
- An adult representative must remain with the vehicle throughout the event.
- At the end of the event, all decorations, materials, and garbage must be completely cleared from your space before departure.
- Victor Parks & Recreation reserves the right to ask that any decorations, displays, or materials that are considered unsafe or inappropriate for a family event be removed.
What Should We Hand Out?
Candy is always welcome, but feel free to get creative! Businesses and organizations may also hand out small giveaways, promotional items, stickers, toys, or other kid-friendly goodies.
We recommend planning for a large community turnout (~200 kids). We'll share additional attendance information with participating trunks as the event gets closer.
