Over the course of the day, participants will have the opportunity to train in multiple arts, learn from highly respected instructors, develop new skills, and experience different approaches to martial arts training in a friendly and welcoming environment.

One of the highlights of the course will be the Traditional Japanese Archery sessions led by Pauline Holmes and her husband. These exclusive sessions are limited to just 10 participants per hour and must be pre-booked in advance, giving attendees a rare opportunity to experience the focus, discipline, and precision of this fascinating Japanese art.
With three training areas running throughout the day, you'll have the chance to explore different disciplines, challenge yourself, meet new friends, and train alongside martial artists from a variety of backgrounds.
