Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga and Acutonics Sound Practitioner Blaire Amber for a deeply restorative morning of Yin Yoga, meditation, and live sound meditation inside the magical barrel room at The View Winery.
Surrounded by wine barrels and the warm, rustic atmosphere of this historic space, you’ll be guided through a gentle, all-levels Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, calm your nervous system, and quiet your mind.
You’ll settle into long, supported postures while connecting with your breath and allowing your body to gradually soften. This is not a fast-paced yoga class—there is no rushing, pressure, or need to perform.
As you move deeper into stillness, Blaire will surround the room with the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and Acutonics tuning forks. With your consent, the tuning forks may be gently placed on specific traditional meridian points, allowing you to experience their vibrations in a deeply personal and grounding way.
The combination of Yin Yoga, breath, meditation, and sound creates a powerful, full-sensory experience that invites you to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Blaire Amber is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Acutonics Sound Practitioner who creates immersive experiences using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Acutonics tuning forks, and more.
During the experience, Blaire may gently place vibrating Acutonics tuning forks on specific traditional meridian points—with each participant’s consent—to provide a more focused and deeply grounding sound experience.
Her calming soundscapes are designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, release tension, and support profound relaxation.

After the Yin Yoga and sound meditation class, you’ll be invited to stay and enjoy a wine and cider tasting from The View Winery. It’s the perfect way to slowly return from your practice, connect with others, and savour some beautiful local Okanagan flavours. 🍷🍎✨
🧺 What to Bring
Please bring your yoga mat, water, warm layers, a blanket, and a pillow. The barrel room is beautiful and atmospheric, but it can be cool, so please bring everything you need to feel warm and cozy.
No previous yoga experience is required. This event is suitable for all levels and every body.
