Get Ready to Move with Vibe Dance Fitness Yarm!
Vibe Dance Fitness is a fun, friendly, music-led dance fitness class for people who want to move more without the pressure of a traditional gym or dance class.
Expect easy-to-follow routines, pop, dance, club classics and throwbacks, plenty of laughs and a completely judgement-free atmosphere.
You do not need any dance experience.
Vibe is suitable for beginners, people returning to exercise and experienced dancers alike. Every routine can be adapted, so you can make movements bigger or smaller, stay low-impact, take breaks and work at your own level.
There are no auditions, no expectation that you know the choreography and no pressure to keep up. Just come along, find your level and enjoy the music.
Classes usually include a warm-up, a full dance fitness session and cool-down, with plenty of opportunity to grab water and catch your breath. Wear comfortable clothes, suitable footwear and bring some water.
You can come alone or with friends, and there are no contracts or requirement to attend every week. Simply book the sessions that suit you.
Vibe runs in-person classes across Teesside, including Yarm, Middlesbrough and Billingham.
