Step into a high-energy, welcoming space where movement meets freedom, culture, and self-expression. Led by Jaquaia Reid, this class blends Caribbean movement (Soca, Reggae, Kompa), Afrobeats, and R&B–influenced movement, with touches of hip-hop and freestyle, creating a dynamic, multicultural experience designed for all levels—especially beginners. No prior dance experience is needed.
This class focuses less on rigid choreography and more on feeling the music, moving with intention, and building confidence in your body. Through guided movement, easy-to-follow sequences, and moments of creative expression, participants will improve coordination, release stress, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
