Join us Wednesday, November 11 at 11:00 am at SCC's Conoyer Hall (12-CH) Auditorium to honor our Military Veterans at a Veterans Day Ceremony. SCC welcomes Missouri Army National Guard Captain Ashley Estep as our keynote speaker. She is Company Commander of Headquarters Company for 3-138th Infantry Regiment, based out of Kansas City, Missouri. Captain Estep is the first female in Missouri to have completed the Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, therein earning her blue infantry chord.
With living a life raised in the military, being an Active Guard Reserve member of the Missouri Army National Guard, and one deployment to multiple countries; she has been provided a unique insight into the way the military and civilian communities overlap and support each other.
Refreshments will be provided.
