The Kiwanis Club of Hays is proud to honor our Ellis County heroes with a free lunch in recognition of Veterans Day in November. To allow other community members a chance to celebrate you, we are hosting our event on November 5th. Doors will open with lunch being served at 11:30 a.m. The program will conclude by 1 p.m., and we will take a group photo at the conclusion of the event. An official program including each branch of service's song will be included as well as the National Anthem and other patriotic tunes. If you would like to have your picture included in the presentation for the event, please email your service photo to [email protected] by October 25th if possible. RSVP to Sarah Wasinger at 785-650-2196 or email [email protected] with your first and last name and branch(es) of service no later than October 30th.
