Veteran Mental Health Screening Event

If you live in Will County and have struggled with obtaining mental health services or have housing/financial barriers due to mental health concerns, Join us in person for a mental health screening event for veterans/surviving spouses and caregivers.

We will have VSO case managers present to schedule for your service connection disability claim. The case managers will also work with you to provide services that you may need but have not been successful in obtaining due to your mental health barriers.

There is a morning and afternoon timeslot offered. So please choose from one of them to come to!

We will have a resource fair available to you after your screening.
