During this hands-on experience, you'll create your own signature body mist while enjoying meaningful conversation, connection, reflection, and intentional moments designed to leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.
But the experience goes beyond what you'll create at the table.
We'll explore what it means to be intentional about what we're carrying, what we're pouring into our lives, and what we're pouring out into the world.
Because sometimes we need to ask ourselves:
What am I carrying that I was never meant to carry?
What am I pouring into others?
What am I allowing to pour into me?
And what do I want my life to leave behind?
