Ever wondered what it feels like to dance on a wall?
Join Off The Wall Aerial for a fun and friendly Vertical Dance Taster Session on the evening of 22 October.
No experience is needed, these sessions are all about giving it a go! You’ll learn some of the basic techniques of vertical dance and wall running, get comfortable in the harness, and experience the amazing feeling of moving and flying on the wall.
Gain experience in a supported environment and discover what it feels like to dance on the vertical!
When?
Thursday 22nd of October
5:30 - 6:15pm or
6:30 - 7:15pm
Where?
STUDIO C
AMATA, Penryn.
What to bring?
- Layers and clothes that cover your waist and thighs where the harness will sit, long hair tied back and no dangly jewllery.
- We normally work barefoot however if youw ould prefer to wear shoes we ask that they are clean, no sock unless they are grippy socks.
