Your Weekend Pass includes full access to Friday night’s storytelling, social hour, and live music, alongside weekend activities like yoga, workshops, a keynote speaker, competitions, and a nighttime DJ. Enjoy a free pancake breakfast each morning, with dinner options available for purchase in the evenings.

Early Bird Non-Member: $60 (Standard adult entry before fees)

Registration Add-Ons
You must add these to your cart before checking out!
Camping (Farr's Field): Free for weekend pass holders, but spots are limited. Please reserve your spot as an Add-On (donations encouraged).
Clinics (prices vary): Held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (9 AM – 3 PM). Not included in the Weekend Pass.
CRAG-VT Members: Before selecting tickets, click "Enter promo code" at the top of the screen and apply the promo code MEMBERSCLINIC for 10% off.
Age/Experience: Generally for ages 16+, check individual clinic tickets for specifics.
Sunday Stewardship Day: Free, but advance sign-up is required. Help give back to the community through trail maintenance!
Competitions: Included in your pass, but registration methods vary:
- Black Barn Farm Bouldering Comp: Must pre-register as an Add-On before checkout.
- Crack Wrestling Competition: Sign up on-site at the festival.
- Dyno Wall Competition: Sign up on-site at the festival.
How to Register
Purchase a Weekend Pass: This is required for all attendees and must be purchased before adding clinics or competitions.
Select Add-Ons: Add-on camping, clinics, stewardship day, and/or the bouldering competition before checking out.
One Person per Transaction: Only one participant can register per transaction. Additional participants must be registered separately.

Cancellation Policy:
This is a rain or shine event and festival passes are non-refundable. Clinic tickets are 75% refundable through September 1st, 2026. Clinic refunds are not available after September 1st, 2026. Should you be unable to attend your clinic and wish to sell your non-refundable clinic ticket, your ticket is transferable (transfer will not be complete until reviewed and approved by CRAG Vermont). If you do not show up for your clinic, you will not be given a refund. No refund once you have attended a clinic. To request a refund or transfer, email [email protected] and the Festival organizers will give an initial response within 5 business days. Festival organizers may cancel a clinic for any reason. If the Festival cancels a clinic, your payment will be fully refunded. If clinic does not reach minimum participants required to take place the festival will cancel the clinic and give registrants the option for a full refund or to transfer into another clinic of equal value during the Festival weekend (subject to availability). Clinics run rain or shine, unless otherwise decided by the guide.
