This 90-minute journey blends the best of somatic healing modalities. You will be guided through gentle, accessible restorative yoga poses to release physical tension, while receiving targeted Sacral Chakra Reiki to heal the emotional body and activate your creative power. The session culminates in a deep-frequency sound bath, where the resonance of crystal singing bowls will vibrate away what no longer serves you.
