Each vendor receives a 5x5 designated space with one table and one chair included. Setup is designed for easy access, visibility, and high customer flow in a busy urban location.

Vendor Requirement (MANDATORY)
All vendors are required to complete pre-marketing prior to the event.
This includes:
- Social media promotion (posts, stories, reels)
- Flyers or digital sharing
- Community outreach
Each vendor must submit proof of pre-marketing efforts, specifically showing promotion near high-traffic areas such as the hospital and state office buildings, to ensure strong community engagement and event visibility.
