Calling all makers, bakers, and holiday creators! Vendor applications are officially open for Heffley Creek Hall’s Christmas Craft Fair on Sunday, December 6th (10 AM – 2 PM). We love showcasing local talent, from cozy handmade gifts to seasonal treats. Tables fill up quickly—head to our official Jotform link to apply and share your work with our community!
Please note the following operational guidelines:
Jotform Only: Applications must be submitted directly through the application link. Applying does not guarantee a table; spaces are curated to ensure product variety.
No Direct Inquiries: To protect volunteer time, inquiries or requests sent via Facebook Messenger, post comments, personal social media, text, phone calls, or direct email will not be monitored or answered. Everything you need is outlined in the form.
Next Steps: Accepted vendors will receive an official confirmation via email within 7 days, with payment required within 48 hours to secure the table. Once tables are full, remaining applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
Thank you for supporting community-run events at Heffley Creek Hall and feel free to share the Jotform with your friends!
