About this Event
Velvet & Brass: A Holiday Experience, was created by acclaimed choir director and recording artist Jason McGee and renowned orchestrator, composer, and conductor Leon Lacey, the evening brings together two distinct musical worlds in an unexpected collaboration designed to feel both timeless and refreshingly new.
McGee brings the commanding vocals, energy, and soul of Jason McGee & The Choir, whose credits span collaborations and performances with some of the biggest names in contemporary music, while Lacey brings the scale, precision, and musical sophistication of his orchestral artistry and Black Tie Cinematic Symphony. Together, they reimagine the holiday concert as a high-level cultural event—pairing soaring voices, lush orchestration, elevated fashion, and cinematic production within an atmosphere of elegance and celebration. More than a performance, Velvet & Brass is an experience in excellence: a distinctive meeting of soul and symphony, tradition and innovation, designed to attract a discerning audience while providing brand partners with an opportunity to align themselves with world-class artistry, cultural influence, sophistication, and an unforgettable holiday destination.
