Pop-Ups Are Back!!After a long summer break, Luigi is opening his doors once again for a new round of vegetable-forward pop-up dinners focused on fermentation and creative flavors.
Two nights with a 5-course vegetarian tasting menu, where I’ll be sharing dishes crafted with my favorite techniques: fermentation, slow cooking,blackening,smoking,pickling, and zero-waste sustainable cooking.
Each night also includes my homemade kombucha and homemade sourdough bread.
