Grab your picnic blankets, round up your favorite people, and come hang out with us for the 2026 Friendsgiving Picnic at Steele Indian School Park! ☀️🌱
We’re bringing together 100 animal lovers for the ultimate picnic in the park! Think picnic blankets on the grass, a spread of delicious vegan food, new friends, and a chance to grow our local community!
And don’t forget… it’s potluck style!!
Bring a vegan dish or your favorite plant based treats to share! Homemade, store-bought, or even just some fresh fruit — it doesn’t have to be fancy. We just want you there!
A few things to know:
• All food must be 100% vegan (free of dairy, eggs, and meat). 🌱
• Ingredient cards / clearly marked ingredients highly encouraged.
• Homemade, store-bought, and simple snacks are all welcome.
• Please bring a serving spoon or utensil for your dish. 🥄
• We’ll provide some folding tables, a few picnic blankets, and paper plates (but to ensure there is enough to go around, we encourage you to bring your own🫶🏻).
• Don’t have time to bring food? No worries! Just bring yourself and your good vibes. ✨
💚 LET’S GIVE BACK WHILE WE’RE AT IT 💚
Bring along some non-perishable food items that we’ll collect and donate to Hope for Hunger Food Bank to help support members of our local community.
