Join South Dublin County Council for a special Lunch & Learn to learn how to make some simple and delicious plant based meals.
What to Expect:
SDCC are delighted to collaborate with renowned chef Holly White for a hands-on, creative workshop where you’ll learn the art of vegan cooking.
As part of Dublin Climate Action Week (#DCAW26), this session highlights practical ways to embrace healthy, delicious cooking.
Holly will demonstrate how to prepare plant based meals before you enjoy these dishes as a free lunch.
Discover how everyday changes can lead to a more climate-resilient future, one meal at a time.
Free Lunch: We'll be providing a delicious, free lunch for all attendees. You'll get to eat what Holly will show you how to cook! It's the perfect opportunity to learn, network, and fuel your day.
The event will be held in the County Hall canteen —a central and accessible location.

Workshops will be delivered to small groups for one hour over two sessions:
