Vegan baking doesn’t mean compromising on taste or texture! In this fun and informative class, you’ll learn how to bake decadent, plant-based desserts without dairy or eggs. Along the way, we’ll explore different plant-based substitutes, how to choose the best one for your recipe, and tips for achieving the perfect rise, crumb, and flavor in your vegan bakes. Whether you’re new to vegan baking or just looking to expand your repertoire, this class will equip you with the skills to bake with confidence!
