Grab your teammate and get ready for four workouts built to test strength, skill, conditioning, teamwork, and your ability to perform when it counts.
Whether you’re chasing a spot on the global podium, stepping into a new division, or competing for the first time, there’s a place for you at VDM 2027.
Division Lineup
Male Teams of 2 — RX + Scaled
Female Teams of 2 — RX + Scaled
Co-Ed Teams of 2 — RX + Intermediate + Scaled + Masters 40+
Athletes ages 14–17 may also compete in accordance with VDM youth athlete standards.
Compete Worldwide
VDM takes place at participating host gyms around the world, but every team competes on the same global leaderboard.
Can’t make it to a host location? VDM Online gives athletes another way to compete, complete all four workouts, submit scores and be part of VDM 2027 from their own gym.
