Join Us for Varenyky Making Day – Choose Your Date or Come to All Three!!!We invite you to take part in our Varenyky Making Day, dedicated to preparing traditional Ukrainian dumplings.
It’s a volunteer effort to support the House of Ukraine. Together, we will make varenyky that will be sold during Ukrainian Festival in Balboa Park, to raise funds for our organization.
About the Dish:
Varenyky are traditional Ukrainian dumplings made from unleavened dough with various fillings such as potato, cheese, sauerkraut, mushrooms, or fruit. They are typically served with sour cream or fried onions — a comforting symbol of Ukrainian hospitality.
