Vanguard AI Lab: SMB Workflow Automation is a hands-on working session for founders, small business owners and operators who want to explore where AI assistance may fit into everyday business processes.
Participants bring their own laptop and select one manageable recurring workflow to examine during the session.
Possible examples include organizing incoming inquiries, preparing first-draft customer communications, structuring recurring administrative information or supporting internal planning.
The facilitator guides participants through workflow mapping, prototype setup, testing and human-review checkpoints.
Participants should use fictional, sample or appropriately anonymized information rather than confidential customer or company data.
The goal is to build and test a manageable prototype — not to promise deployment of a production-ready automation within three hours.
No particular software purchase is required unless clearly disclosed before registration.
No cost reduction, productivity improvement, revenue gain or other business result is guaranteed.
Espresso, coffee, tea, light bites and non-alcoholic refreshments are planned.
