* There is a steep staircase at the entrance (31 steps) and no elevator in the building.
* Door widths to the lobby, performance space, and restrooms are approximately 79 cm
* There are 2 single occupant gender-neutral restrooms.
* Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside or within 6 m of the entrance.
* There is no ATM in the building; a cash machine is located by TD Bank on the corner of Main & E Pender and another across the street at the convenience store.

* Limited street parking is available. Numerous bus routes pass through the area, including the 3, 8, 19, and 20. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the SkyTrain.
