Breathe. Release. Reconnect.Ready to explore the power of your breath on a deeper level?
VANA is an immersive, 2-hour guided breathwork experience designed to take you beyond the everyday noise and create space to reconnect with yourself.
Combining nervous system awareness, intentional connected breathing and a more activating breathwork practice, VANA invites you to slow down, turn inward and explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.
✨ What you may experience:
* Release built-up physical and emotional tension
* Move through held emotions and patterns
* Deepen your connection with your body and breath
* Create space for clarity, insight and self-discovery
* Experience deep rest, reflection and integration
We’ll begin with grounding and nervous system preparation before gradually building into a powerful connected breathwork journey, finishing with dedicated time to rest and integrate.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Our approach is trauma-informed, with safety, choice and personal autonomy at the heart of everything we do. You’re always in control of your experience and welcome to move at your own pace.
This is more than just breathing. It’s an opportunity to step away from the outside world and make space for yourself.
🌿 Breathe. Release. VANA.
