I agree to:
☐ Attend all required rehearsals, fittings, meetings, and/or event activities.
☐ Arrive on time and prepared for my assigned role.
☐ Follow all event rules, instructions, and guidelines provided by the event organizers.
☐ Conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward organizers, models, designers, performers, vendors, photographers, videographers, and guests.
☐ Provide any requested photos, measurements, music, business information, or other materials needed for the event.
☐ Notify the organizers as soon as possible if I am unable to participate.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I understand that photographs and video may be taken during rehearsals, the pop-up shop, fashion show, performances, and related promotional activities.
By signing below, I give GAR Creative Designs and 3BStylez Clothing Store permission to use photographs and video of me for promotional purposes, including social media, flyers, advertisements, websites, and future event promotions.
