A gentle yoga practice designed to improve mobility, release tension, and prepare the body and mind for a day of wellbeing.
12:10 PM – 12:20 PM | Comfort Break

12:20 PM – 1:00 PM | Breathwork Session
A guided breathing practice to reduce stress, restore energy, and calm the nervous system.
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Healthy Tea & Networking
- Herbal tea

- Informal networking
- Time to connect and get to know each other
- Opportunity to book future treatments, classes, and workshops

If the weather is nice, the yoga session will take place outdoors by the waterfront. All other parts of the event will be held inside the salon.
Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited number of mats will be available.
