This workshop helps UX, product, and related teams with practical techniques to lead focused, engaging sessions that surface diverse perspectives and gain commitment and support. Participants will reflect on their current facilitation style, explore new approaches that fit their team and organization context and culture, and build confidence in gaining consensus and alignment.
